“95% fat free, made only from the A2 beta casein protein milk of the Guernsey dairy herd at Brown Cow Organics; where the cows graze the nutrient rich pastures for nine months of the year, going into their “cow palace” steeped in golden straw for the longer wetter winter months. The yoghurt is made after the morning milking. Pasteurised but never homogenised with no thickeners or stabilisers; because it is good naturally.”
